Some Companies advertise that they will pay UP TO 75% of the market value. This is a sales system to try and get a viewing then a long sales pitch in your home will follow-trying to make you agree to sell at 50-60% of the market value - or agree a higher figure with you and then try to re-negotiate on the day of exchange when they believe you have no other choice but to accept.
